The 40th Anniversary Freestyler was created to take a DNA strand or two from our past and thread it into state of the art contemporary designs of the present. Look at this masterpiece, from a glance it's difficult to tell from the original 40 years prior. But when you look closely, you will see all modern technology. Hourglass Mid BB, internal headset. Forks are full heat treated and butted same as the lineage bars and 48 spline 19mm cranks. This bike is as high level BMX you are going to buy in todays market.

In 1982 our founder created the world's first freestyle specific frame (aptly named the Freestyler) and 40 years later we continue to pay homage to its twin top tube design and timelessly classic aesthetic. For 2023 our 26" Freestyler comes in a high polish silver finish, complete with our very own Legends CNC-machined sprocket, Fusion pedals, and Bob's original artwork on the saddle. The Klunkerson is inspired from a simpler time. When friends would help friends piece together old beach cruisers so that they could race each other down dusty dirt roads and see who would get to the bottom first, laughing and dusting each other out along the way. When we spoke to Dennis about making a non-BMX bike for him to ride, he wanted a bike that was comfortable enough to cruise the beach for miles but capable enough to boost a kicker and slash a berm if the opportunity presented itself. The Klunkerson is that bike, comfortable and capable.
